This house was built by Armstrong in 2006.  It’s layout, the Freemont plan, and location, walking distance from Northpoint Elementary which is a top rated elementary school in Bloomington, makes is ideal for people with kids. 

The Tipton Park is also within walking distance - and kids will love the water park to cool off in the summer days.  The walk around the Tipton Lake path is about a mile, and we find ourselves biking around the trails often. The grown ups can see most of the trail as the kids may bike around and around; just be prepared to wait a long time because they don’t want to come in.
